Making public the view of locals

To gather experience and information relevant for policy adjustment proposals from "the locals"
To raise awareness towards spatial development and cultural landscape change in pilot regions
To encourage local population and actors to start own initiatives (local empowerment)
To facilitate an exchange of experiences between the pilot regions in a "Conference of Regions"
To identify measures to be carried out by local/regional actors and stakeholders
